Guidelines
Crain’s accepts event listings for business-related events, including educational, networking, promotional, galas, fundraisers, exhibitions, seminars, conferences and webinars. The party posting the event is responsible for the accuracy of the listing and is allowed to review and approve prior to final submission. Changes to the event listing are the responsibility of the poster. Submissions with errors or incomplete information will be excluded. Crain's will review all submissions and has the right to not include events it deems inappropriate for any reason. Event listings submitted can take up to two (2) business days to appear in the online calendar.

What are the benefits of posting my event with Crain's?
Crain's readers include the city’s key business decision makers. Purchasing a Crain's Partner Event ensures your event will be listed along with popular Crain’s events to a C-suite audience.
Can I make changes to my listing after I have submitted?

How long will my events stay on the site?
Your event will be showcased in our calendar for 30 days from the time we approve it or until the day after the event occurs. After the 30-day period, or after your event occurs, it will be moved into our archives. The link to your event will continue to work. To find it on the site, you can search the calendar by date. Please note, if you want your event to run longer than 30 days you will need to purchase additional month(s).
If my event occurs less than 30 days from my original posting, can I swap it for another event?
No, each event has its own unique characteristics and therefore, you are not able to substitute one event for another.
How far in advance can I post my event online?
As far in advance as you'd like. It will be showcased in our calendar for the duration of your month-by-month package or until the day after the event occurs. For example, if you are posting an event notice 90 days prior to your event, you will need to purchase a three-month package.
What are the payment options for submitting an event?
